Litigation 2

Is litigation really that hard? Its just more confusing than anything right.. after all.. the concepts can only be so difficult.. they are just court rules after all.. basic common sense right??

lol...this probably doesn't make any sense to anyone.. just wanted to air what I'm feeling at the moment.

So I'm nearly ready to put pen to paper and start writing my 'Fed Con' take home exam. I'm so glad I went book hunting yesterday in the UNSW law library ;)
